- 1 well=$400 USD donated to the Prek Eng High School, Prek Eng Commune, Kien Svay District, Kandal. Mr. Suy Peng in Sydney donated $500 AUS toward one well to be constructed in this Junior high school. Photos will be posted soon.

PA4C donated 1 well + Food =$500 to an old lady (84 years old) with 6 orphaned kids in her family at the Kien Svay District, Kandal.
NEAK LOEUNG, Kampong Phnom Commune, Loeuk Dek Disrtict, Kandal province
- 12 wells in the Western Neak Loeung = $ $350 × 12 = $ 4,200 USD are done.
PA4C team distributed all materials as instructed to 260 poor families, 3 bicycles to 3 students of poor families and 97 elderly people. Then they gave 1 sack of rice and dried fish to the blind family in the Ampil Teuk village, Kampong Phnom Commune, Loeuk Dek District, Kandal province as well. Four wells are done in the Neak Loeung Village
Principal, staff, students, SRC and parents of the Canley Vale Public School donated $ 1,050 AUD toward the PA4C's project in the Neak Loeung village located at 60 kms from the capital of Phnom Penh, Kampong Phnom Commune, Loeuk Dek District, Kandal province to :
-Build wells (1 well = $350 USD);
-Provide special gifts for the blind family, bicycles for students of poor families in needs and elderly people;
-Distribute mixed seeds for the poverty in villages; and
-Plant mango trees at the Kampong Phnom High School.
